Her life has included challenges and experiences of trauma, and she knows how isolating and overwhelming that can feel. Tonya also has a long-standing background working with the impact of substance use disorder on individuals and family. Those experiences deepened her empathy and inspired her to help others navigate their healing journeys with understanding and hope. Everyone has a story and finding purpose and healing within that story is life changing.
Tonya's approach is deeply rooted in compassion, understanding, and respect for each individual's unique journey. She believes that healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard, especially in moments of pain and vulnerability. Tonya uses an integrative, strengths-based approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and offers emotional as well as spiritual encouragement if desired. Tonya has supported couples, families, and individuals facing interpersonal violence, narcissistic relationships, trauma, relational and family challenges, internal distress, overwhelm, and shame. Together, we'll uncover the tools and insights that help you feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered.
