As a former collegiate and professional athlete, mom of four, and fellow ADHDer, I know firsthand what it feels like to want more out of life while struggling with overwhelm, inconsistency, and a mind that never seems to slow down.

My passion is helping individuals with ADHD better understand how their brain works so they can stop living in frustration and start building healthier habits, routines, confidence, and momentum. I combine practical coaching tools with encouragement, accountability, and real-life strategies that actually work for people who think differently.

I believe ADHD is not a weakness to fix, but a different way of operating that requires different tools, support, and understanding. My mission is to help clients reduce shame, increase self-trust, and create a life that feels both successful and sustainable.
